One Star Group was engaged to deliver the painting works for 15 Sydney Avenue, a premium commercial headquarters project in Barton, ACT, designed by BVN, developed by DOMA in partnership with Kenyon Group, and built by BLOC, with material support from Dulux.

The development comprises a purpose-built, fully electric commercial building spanning approximately 33,500 square metres, setting a new benchmark for sustainable workplace environments in Canberra. Designed to achieve 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS ratings, the project reflects a strong commitment to environmental performance, energy efficiency, and occupant wellbeing.

Architecturally, the building presents a refined and contemporary commercial form, with carefully considered materials and detailing throughout. Internally, the workspace has been designed to encourage productivity, collaboration, and a return to high-quality office environments.

Our team delivered a comprehensive painting scope across base building and tenancy areas, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish aligned with the project's premium standard. Particular attention was given to surface preparation, coating systems, and detailing across large-scale commercial spaces to achieve durability, performance, and a refined aesthetic outcome.
