One Star Group is proud to have contributed to the completion of 23 National Circuit, a landmark commercial project located within Canberra’s Realm precinct.

Delivered in collaboration with Stewart Architecture and developer DOMA, this project is recognised as one of Canberra’s first mass timber (CLT) office buildings and was awarded Commercial Architecture at the 2025 ACT Architecture Awards.

Our scope of work included professional painting and finishing services, carefully delivered to support the architectural intent and material expression of the building. Special attention was given to achieving clean, consistent finishes that complement the exposed timber structure while meeting the durability and performance standards required for a premium commercial environment.

This project reflects our experience in delivering high-quality finishes on complex commercial builds, working closely with architects, builders, and consultants to ensure precise execution and long-term quality.
