One Star Group is proud to have contributed to the complete transformation of Bruce through the WISH, RISE, and IVES projects. These developments have delivered a vibrant community of modern townhomes and premium commercial spaces, redefining the standard of living in this serene and convenient location.

The WISH precinct introduced 48 elegant townhomes along with 4000m² of commercial space, which now includes a day spa, Korean barbecue restaurant, Chinese takeaway, and a bottle shop. RISE followed with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom townhomes, nearly all sold out, showcasing its popularity and demand. IVES, the final stage of this revitalisation project, added 32 contemporary townhomes, completing the vision for a dynamic and thriving community.
